We're really struggling to find a name for second daughter, firstborn is called Juno Carolina (after the US state).

Options we're currently considering are:

Teddy (as in Theodora but we'd call her just Teddy)
Iona (my fav but too Scottish for DH)
Marlowe (DH fav, I really like it but it might be just too out there for me)
Scarlett
Madeleine (but don't want her to be Maddie/Mads)

Any other suggestions?

I’m not sure any of the names you’ve listed work with Juno

How about
Zoe
Dahlia
Remy
Nina
Lydia
Francesca
Anais

Marlo/Marlow is lovely!

Marnie?

I like Teddy, too.

Something like Saffron (Saffy?)

Clementine. Juno and Clem / Clemmie are really cute together.

Marlo spelled this way

Juno is lovely. Madeleine is similarly gorgeous, but I think you would likely get Mads/Maddie unless you called her Lainey from day 1.

Your other choices aren't to my taste, sorry (although the lovely Thea/Theia rather than Theodora would work very well with Juno - as both Juno and Theia were classical Goddesses).

Other ideas - Iris, Maia, Freya, Gaia, Thalia, Isolde, Sybil, Freda, Selene, Mara, Cressida, Flora, Hera, Artemis, Diana, Clio, Beatrix, Athena, Cora, Lara.

And I'd be tempted to use Georgia as the middle name to match her sister (or if braver possibly Virginia, Indiana, Louisiana, Dakota or Montana).
