Which do you prefer? Ophelia or Effie? Middle name of Florence.

Really love Effie bit effie Florence is hard to say so if stuck on Florence I would pick Ophelia

Not sure why are all previous posters suggesting use of a nickname for a beautiful name like Ophelia! I probably prefer Ophelia as a name but I can see that Effie would be easier to live with.

I’d go for Ophelia and then I think the nickname Effie works really well.
