What are your top 5 baby girl names?

Also... would a colleague naming their child your top name during your pregnancy make you change your option or would you keep it?

It would depend how closely I worked with them and if I considered them a friend, if I did then I would remove it off a shortlist unless it was a name I had had my heart set on.

Unless I was very close to my colleague and saw them outside of work, or lived so close that our children would be in the same class at school, then I wouldn't consider changing the name.

Using the same name as a colleague would take the shine off it a bit for me to be to be honest, so no I probably wouldn’t.

In regards to the colleague, I think it depends how common the name is. If it is quite popular I'd keep it, if it was quite an unusual name I'd try and find another name I loved. If I couldn't though I'd still use it as they probably won't he a colleague for a long time tbh
