English/Italian names for boys

We are expecting a little boy in a few weeks and are stuck on names. I'm English and DH is Italian so ideally we would like one which works in both languages.

We are hoping to avoid one which will be mispronounced all the time as we live in an English speaking country.

This is our list so far:

Giacomo
Giorgio
Niccolò
Leo
Massimo
Raffaele

And, randomly, Henry - which seems to be the only English name we can both agree on.

Any thoughts on these names or other suggestions?

I love Massimiliano ( Massi for short) but don't know if it would work in the UK! Massimo is nice too. Also love
Paolo
Antonio
Emilio

I do like Nico, Leo and Raffy/Rafa - just don't know if I love them enough (sigh). And a little worried Leo is too popular. Our DD's name is very popular in both countries.

Gabriel I do like too but DH doesn't.

Giorgio - the missing r was a typo!

Love Giogio and Raffaele from your list, although I suppose Leo would be the easiest to spell and say. Niccolò is lovely too.

I love Henry.

Have you considered Antonio or Antony/Anthony?

Rocco also got instantly dismissed as apparently there is a famous Italian pornstar who goes by this name!

I do like Luca and it would be on my list - but vetoed by DH as when saying with our surname it has a 'caca' sound in the middle of it which put him off..

I love the name Rocco!

From your list I also like Leo (quite a popular name where I'm from) and Raffaele - knew a little boy by this name and everyone called him Raffy

My favourite Italian boys' name is Luca.

I'm assuming that's not your style as it's not on your list.

I love Leo and Niccolò, both of which work fine in English.
