I also think of Farrah from Teen Mom Blush I think it's a lovely name but I can't separate it from her and she really is the worst.

I really like it. My great uncle, who was incredibly posh and good fun was named Farrah. But I think it’s a beautiful name for a girl too. I agree with a PP - it’s a cool girl name. Don’t worry about the Teen Mom thing, because whatever that is, I suspect it’s not something that people will still be talking about in ten year’s time.

Lovely sound and fairly unusual whilst still being well heard of. She may be have to spell it sometimes, and some people may think it's a touch dated (as they think of Fawcett), but it's a nice choice imo.

I think of the teen mom too so wouldn't use it for that reason. But it's a pretty enough name.

It's ok, not my favourite - I think because it sounds quite 70s to me, due to Farah Fawcett. I know one too, in her mid-late 40s I'd guess, so it feels like a slightly older name. How about:

My first association is Farrah Fawcett.

I know a Farrah in her 20s, she's cool and lovely.

It's not a fussy or frilly name and that's in its favour.

I know a few, all of whom are in their 30s and of Indian origin. They're all lovely so it's a positive name for me. I think most spell it Farah though and pronounce it FARer rather than FA rer. I prefer the ah sound to the a sound.
