It's not made up. It's an American name which means living with grace. I've worked with two in the past.

I think with any of the 'nn' options, people are going to think it's pronounced Key-Anna. If you're going to pronounce it Key-Ahna, then I would go for Kiana or Keana.

Ciana would be my guess if I heard it aloud.
