Your examples aren’t short names, they’re nicknames for long names. If that’s what you want, you could go for any nickname like Liz, Beth, Kate, etc.
Sometimes people are legitimately called those names legally. I grew up with Jess, Cate, Beth and Fran who were all just that on their birth certificates - never Jessica, Catherine, Elizabeth or Frances/Francesca and teacher who called them anything other than their real given name were swiftly corrected by parents/the child.
