Drew is nice, I'd go for Andrew on the birth certificate though, personally. I'm a fan of the formal name for future careers.

I like it, I went to university with a Drew. Much nicer than Andrew, which always gets shortened to Andy.

No, but only because of name association with 2 Drew’s I never liked.
