What do people think? 32 weeks pregnant with DD. Middle name would be Elizabeth so Francesca Elizabeth? Really struggling with girls names that DH and I agree on. Our favourite we cant have because of our surname.

I like Francesca. Nn could also be Cesca or Effie (FE initials)

We have a Francesca, Frankie as a nn. Middle name is Ada. She is now 5 years old and I still love her name. It was the one name me and my husband both agreed on.

I love Francesca, but I absolutely loathe Frannie, which is the worst 'shortened' nickname.

It was near the top of my list but DH vetoed because his boss is a Francis and he was convinced the boss would think we’d named her after him
