Both are really great names and work well aside Emily. Today, I vote Alice as I like the matching five letters with Emily. Grin Anna is fabulous too though.

Anna is my fave as it's so international as well as being simple, classic, elegant and suits all ages. Alice does have a similar feel in many ways but is not as well used internationally (plus isn't a cool palindrome which a kid might appreciate!)
