Middle name for Lyra

Looking for inspiration for middle names to go with Lyra. I love Iris, but it doesn’t flow. Any ideas please?

Iris is lovely but agree it doesn’t really flow because of the ‘r’ sound. If you like floral names what about:

I’m not going to completely out myself by posting her full name, but my Lyra has a fairly long middle name beginning with M that has been suggested a couple of times.

Do you have any family names that might work? Or are there any things, places etc that are meaningful to you and your DH?

Just my opinion, but I don't really 'get' the point of middle names that don't have any meaning other than you like the sound of them!

I think names that also end with an A are best avoided.

Yea I was thinking this too about the “a” ending.

@FingersXrossed. ‘Hagrid’ would be sticking to a literary theme I suppose Grin. Some lovely suggestions here, lots I’d not thought of
