Sister for Aria

I have a shortlist of names and would appreciate your opinions please! My Aria is pronounced with the short a like in Apple. My shortlist is

Seraphina
Iris
Ottilia
Annabel
Clara
Lysha
Lila

Seraphina - a bit too frilly for my taste
Iris - ok
Ottilia - Makes me thinkof Reptilia
Annabel - nice
Clara - don't like
Lysha - is it Leesha or Lie-sha? Don't like the spelling
Lila - makes me think of a lilo.

I think Iris sounds best as it's also short and not popular like Lila which has the issue of whether it's pronounced like lilac without the c or Lee-la

I've hear of Ottilie but not Ottilia and would avoid Annabel because if you have #3 and their name doesn't start with A people will annoy you by suggesting A names in pregnancy

Thanks for your opinions and suggestions. Also I don’t mind if they both end in a my husband is From a Latin speaking country where every girls name ends in a and Ottilia and Seraphina are common names.

Aria is such a beautiful name. I’m due later this year and this our name if we have a little girl. Do you get many compliments about it?

I think out of your list, Iris sounds best with Aria. Also, to add a new one, Erin is lovely too.

Ottilia is my favourite. You could have 'Ottilie' if you wanted to avoid both names ending in A.

I love it when someone asks for an opinion on a list of names and people just write their own list of names instead 😁

My favourite to go with Aria from your list is Iris

Seraphina - would choose a name that doesn't end with a
Iris - no, too similar sounding
Ottilia - see seraphina
Annabel - same first initial may be confusing with the post
Clara - yes
Lysha - no
Lila - no, too similar sounding
