I have a shortlist of names and would appreciate your opinions please! My Aria is pronounced with the short a like in Apple. My shortlist is

Seraphina
Iris
Ottilia
Annabel
Clara
Lysha
Lila

Op I would definitely use Seffy for an everyday name if I chose Seraphina as Seraphina is a bit of a mouthful.

Ohh I like Seraphina Rose looks pretty. And I love Iris Elizabeth and Iris Annabel. Op I’m not your SIL 😂 she has great taste in names though 👍

Yes Noa is pronounced the same as Noah but it’s a girls name in its own right. I think it sounds simple yet chic.

My niece is called Aria.

Bloody hate the name but not saying to them.

SIL was also thinking of Clara and Lila though.

Aria is lovely, personally i would choose something a little less similar.

Out of your choices I like Annabel

For me though I would consider Hannah, Jemima, Ella, Leonora, Freya

I think Seraphina works the best with Aria. Seraphina Iris would be a lovely combination.

Noa Olivia sounds a bit like no Olivia.
Not a fan of seraphina, it sounds like a brand or shop name.
I love iris, unfortunately can’t use it as I know someone who has recently. I think iris annabel is lovely.

Thank you. I have ruled out a few based on this and the front runners are
Aria and Iris
Aria and Seraphina
And maybe Aria and Ottilie ? Instead of Ottilia

My Aria’s middle name is Eve
Can you think of any good middle names for Seraphina, Iris or Ottilie? Also what do you think of the name Noa? Does that work? Aria and Noa? Thanks!!

Seraphina love it was on our shortlist for dd3 but she didn't feel like a Seraphina

Iris pretty but nowhere near the league of Aria IMO

Ottilia I like it but unusual in the UK that Asia is not if that matters?

Annabel pretty but may become Anna and Anna and Aria are very similar in sound

Clara pretty

Lysha not keen on this

Lila pretty and goes well w Aria
