What's your thoughts? I love the name Teddy but I worry he won't thank me later for it when he's older but don't like the name Theodore or Edward and a teddy for short x

My little one is called Teddy. We liked the name, didn't like Theodore or Edward so just went with it. He can be Ted when he's older. Its not a favourite on here though!!

I have a one year old called Ted, I call him Teddy as a term of endearment sometimes, but I felt just Ted would work better in the long run.

Your right ☹️

I agree, cute on a child, not great for an adult and would be sure to become Ted.
I would give Edward on the birth certificate for options.

Cut on a baby/toddler. Not cute on a grown man in a professional job.......
