Just to avoid being so rude as to leave a cliff-hanger, we've now narrowed it down to Robert, Ivo and Nathaniel. We love Christopher and Andrew but don't think they go as well with Sebastian. Did flirt briefly with Christian (thanks @RickOShay.). We've got a while to go yet so not sure where we'll end up Grin. But thank you for all your feedback - very helpful xx.

Kit is great. Seb and Kit. If I’d had my way I would have had Christian, nn Kit.

I agree Nathaniel goes best with Sebastian. Nice name and not overused.

Still love Ivo, probably would have used it for DC2 if she'd been a boy!

My vote is for Nathaniel - one of the most gorgeous boy's names out there, imo. And perfect with Sebastian. Personally I think Ivo or Rory, (though I see you've discounted it) are a bit short next to Sebastian; Benjamin would have worked too in theory, but I prefer Nathaniel as you don't have the matching "n" endings.

Honestly, it's quite a perfect sibset! Grin

If you’ve already got a Sebastian you can definitely pull off Kit! Christopher would be a lovely choice

Which ones have you crossed off if you don’t mind me asking. Because I am now ridiculously over invested in the baby naming choices of a complete stranger...

No matter - I've been gripped by some utterly trivial threads on here in the past Grin!

So I've crossed Ben off the list (my choice). I've also crossed Rory off the list (DH's choice), mainly because I think it would become "Warwy".

Should also make a confession - DC1's name is actually Sebastian. Just threw that one in there to see what people thought of it. Does that count as an exciting enough plot twist?

I would choose Nathaniel. I think it's lovely and I've never looked after a little Nathaniel. Benjamin, Robert and Rory are ok. I'm not that keen on Andrew, Christopher or Ivo.

Thanks, no thanks, everybody Grin... There's been a fairly even split in likes/dislikes for each name so still Confused...

No, seriously, thanks for all the feedback and I'm going to tally up the responses (numbers of Y/N/M for each name) and discuss with DH. At least I've been able to cross off two of my suggestions, since I've realised I don't like them so much after seeing them written down over and over again.

I like them all except Robert - not sure why. I love Rupert though.

Favourites are Rory, Sebastian and Andrew.

My would-have-been Rory is Angus Robert. Grin I wanted Kit or Rory. He wanted Malcolm. Hmm
