Have an Eliza and a Hugo, don't know if DC3 is a boy or girl. (I've name changed as thats probably quite outing!)

Current list

Zara
Delilah
Astrid

Miles
Marcus
Sebastian

I like Otto, Dexter & Benedict too but DH not keen.

Any suggestions?

I also agree that Zara and Delilah don’t go with Eliza.
Like Astrid and Penelope from your list.
Others might be Iris or Alice.
I like Miles from your boys list.
Alex, Oscar and Stanley also go well

Penelope by far.
Xanthe is nice but doesn’t quite match the style of your other DC names. Otillie doesn’t fit either, and really isn’t very nice.

I like Zara and Marcus best from your list. Delilah is okay, don’t care for Astrid. Sebastian is nice. Miles is a strange one for me it has an air of sloppiness about it as if someone is pronouncing it lazily, I know lots of people like it though.

Penelope, definitely. Goes really well with the others.

I don't mind Xanthe, in fact I like it but think it's slightly different to Eliza. Ottilie is popular but I just don't find it a pleasant name and Ottie is not a patch on Penny as a nickname.

I think Ada is a bit bland alongside Eliza.

Miles is a great choice.

I really love Eliza but would think a sister Ada had been short-changed by comparison!

Eliza and Zara are quite similar. Miles, Marcus and Sebastian are all nice. Miles is my favourite for you.

Beatrix was our back up name for Eliza, DH has a funny accent from many years with the army and it just sounds a bit odd when he says it!

Is Ada too close to Eliza?

Would you like Beatrix or Alix? Traditional names but using the old spelling with the X instead of the -ce.

So many lovely names suggested! Turns out DH is even fussier than I thought.

I think we are pretty set on Miles or Marcus for a boy. We've always kept 2 options for our previous DC in case they didn't suit their name, is that weird?!

It more and zara does clash with Eliza and my name has a z & a too so maybe best avoid! I like that style of name, quite bold and chic not frilly or overly girly.

I also think Eliza and Zara clash a bit but don't think Astrid or Delilah match. Your boys names all go well, really like Sebastian (dislike Dexter, tell DH there's nothing 'pretentious' about it).

I’d avoid Delilah as it’s pretty but sounds too similar to Eliza.

Of the ones you’ve suggested, I think Sebastian, Miles and Astrid all go really well with your existing names.

I don't think the girls names fit particularly well with Eliza & Hugo.
Marcus and Miles are both great as is Sebastian.

Zara goes best. Astrid and Delilah are a big mismatch. Would be odd alongside your DC’s names.

All the boys’ names go well. I like Miles and Marcus a lot. Not keen on Sebastian.
