Both gorgeous names and high on our list if we're ever lucky enough to have a baby. I think Alice, on balance, although I love the variations on Harriet (Harry, Hattie, Retty - she'd have so much choice.)

We also love Lucy, Manon and Laura.

Both are lovely but I would choose Harriet since I don’t know any Harriets and I know a few babies/children called Alice.
