Lewis or Malcolm ?

I feel like we have been round and round in circles but last night these two came up as new contenders for DC3... thoughts?

I'm not someone who often likes older traditional names and yet I really like Malcom. Honestly, it doesn't even sound old to me. I've never been a fan of Lewis though.

Well baby is out and it's a girl so there will be no baby Malcolm (or Lewis)!

DH suggested Malcolm and I laughed even had to check whether he was serious. It’s definitely in the realms of Derek, Norman, Roy and Keith to me.

I hate Malcolm with a passion. I was called Malc as in a Malcoordinated for years as I have dyspraxia which was nice.

I know a baby Neville. Dad big fan of Gary and mum a Potterhead. I was horrified at first but he's 4 now and so cute. It suits him.

Ah, Malcolm is just a solid Scottish name to me. The Malcolms I know are all Scottish. No implications of pontificating men at golf clubs in the Shires.
