Myron Roy (pronounced Mee-Ron)
Or
Ronald Alexander

Which one is your preference?

Myron Roy is more unusual and both names have family links

Second option just sounds smoother like a name of a writer 🤔

Planning to call him Ronnie either way

Aww I would agree with the majority here and opt for Ronald Alexander Smile I prefer the nn Ronnie, although it does remind me of Mrs Hinch haha! Myron makes me think of Moron Blush if I am honest..

Yes, and I think there's a reason for that. Plus your pronunciation choice is setting up your DS for a lifetime of correcting people.

Myron looks as though it should be pronounced to rhyme with Byron, pylon, Dylon etc.

If Myron rhymed with Byron then that would be my preference. But in this case I'd prefer Ronald.

I know the name Myron from children's books and always said My-Ron....
I'd assume Ronnie was short of Ronald, but doesn't really matter if it's not used.

Again, I put no weight on middle names as they are rarely used, so I'd just pick one that is meaningful.

Ronald Roy sounds good Grin

Alexander is the only name I like amongst those options... If I had to choose then Ronald Alexander. Myron pronounced Meeron is just odd.
