Excuse the (temporary) ignorance - is it Mee-kah or My-kah or something else? Which syllable does the stress fall on?

It's pronounced My-cuh, stress on the 'eye'.

MY-kuh is the pronunciation of the biblical male name.

If used for a girl (incorrectly) it's MEE-kah or MEE-sha.

In all cases the stress falls on the first syllable.
