Thanks all! There's a few there that I love and one were already using as the second middle name 😄

I like Adair James.

I’ve only heard of ‘Robin Adair’.

I can’t see the point of a middle name unless it is a name you love or a name that has meaning.

Agree with the above, Adair Cameron sounds good.

Or

Adair Benjamin
Adair Gregory
Adair Frederick
Adair Sebastian
Adair Christopher

I think three syllables and with hard consonant sounds works well.

@TheFoz

That’s a common surname where I come from.
It's definitely more common as a surname. But I think it sounds good as a first name too. It's the Scottish form of Edgar.

@StCharlotte i have a few ideas, was just wondering if there were any I'd missed. He'll have 2 middle names, the second one is a family name.

A middle name I mean. Our middle names are so rarely spoken, it doesn't really matter if it doesn't "match" or trip off the tongue.

StCharlotte · 17/08/2020 19:52

Can you choose a name that has meaning for you?

Othering · 17/08/2020 19:51

Dair Dair.

Othering · 17/08/2020 19:50

You.

minnieok · 17/08/2020 19:49

Red Adair was famous for putting out oil well fires in the 90's

TheFoz · 17/08/2020 19:49

That’s a common surname where I come from.

SionnachRua · 17/08/2020 19:48

Makes me think of Johnny Adair.

Probably not going to go with that!

I can only think of Red Adair.
