Italian middle names - girl

We are due our little one any day and are naming her Cleo.
My mum is italian and would love to have an italian middle name.
We like Isabella but stuck for any others! Help!

Milania isn't a name I've heard of - Milena and Melania yes. Donna I would avoid for obvious reasons (sorry!) How about name connected with her birth month (if possible)?
