Names that work in both Polish and English?

I find this so tricky! Dp and I like such different names, and we’d both like them to work in both countries.

For reference dp loves the name Jakub with the nn Kuba, I am really, really not keen. I adore Henry, but the Polish equivalent Henryk is incredibly old fashioned according to dp. I like Eliasz, but again he hates it!

Girls names I LOVE Aurelia, dp not keen. It’s so hard to find a name that works in two languages that are incredible different.

We are mixed household and we are awaiting the arrival of Lucy (Lucyna/Lucynka) in Polish. If we have a boy it will be Kuba.

Friends have Oskar and Maya.

Julia would work. Or Hania.

I love all my Polish inlaw relatives' names! Though the spellings can cause confusion, and it was years before I knew some of their actual given names, given how many shortened and 'pet' names there are for every Polish name! Almost none of them are known by their given name.

I like Magda, Hanna/Hania, Lilia, Lidia, Sabina,
Stefan, Teodor, Rafal, Marek, Leon
