Christina - dated
Vanessa - dated but I quite like it
Estella - harsh
Hazel - harsh
Celestia/Celeste - love Celeste (not the other version, its horrid)
Vivian - harsh but I like it
Elle/Eleanor (Elle or Ellie?) Like
Daphne or Pandora - no and no, why are these together? They aren't the same name?
Evelyn/Evie - nice but common
Iris - 2nd fave
Florence/Flo - Fave (but not Flo)
Venetia/Valentina - no and no, again 2 quite different names?
Dawn - dated and boring

I feel the same about Daphne, which is in your top 5! And I like Vanessa, which is quite 1970s but due a revival.

I always think these threads are interesting, as people have such different tastes. I'd love to have a mini bio next tp each poster - how old, and how old your kids are. I think it makes a difference to how we view names

Valentina is gorgeous - I knew one growing up. As you're moving to Italy - go for it.

Christina is very pretty and has an international feel. Feels like it's due a revival.

Vanessa feels due to a revival too. I work with one who goes by Nessa which is very pretty.

Surprised people are saying yes to Hazel, it's the worst name imo and I can't stand half the list 🤣

Amanda - 1970, but I like the sound
Caprice - capricious, don't like it
Christina - also 1970, but I like it
Vanessa - also 1970! But I have always liked it
Estella - bit try hard. Meaning is lovely

Celestia/Celeste - prefer Celeste, makes me think of Marie Celeste
