Which do you prefer?
Dorothy nn Dottie or Elsie middle name for both would be Rose.

Dorothy by a mile, it's elegant, classic and glam. I also love Dottie or Dolly as diminutives.

Elsie isn't in the same league, it's dowdy and twee at the same time. Not good.
