Which do you prefer?
Dorothy nn Dottie or Elsie middle name for both would be Rose.
Thanks.

Dorothy. Lovely, classy and great shortenings.

My great GM was Dorothy Phoebe which I think is pretty.

Dorothy by a mile.

GaraMedouar · 19/07/2020 20:42

Dorothy

Dorothy by a mile, it's elegant, classic and glam. I also love Dottie or Dolly as diminutives.

Elsie isn't in the same league, it's dowdy and twee at the same time. Not good.

EhUp · 19/07/2020 20:29

Dorothy gets my vote

Elsie blends in a bit too much will all the Ella/Emilia/Ellie/Evie/Emily names!

RunningFromInsanity · 19/07/2020 20:27

Don’t like Dorothy but love Dottie/Dotty

Toilenstripes · 19/07/2020 20:27
