Opinions on the name Hallie please!
I think it's a really nice name and I like that it could be shortened to Hal (although I think I'd let my child choose their own NN rather than planning one).
My OH loves it, but I have a few concerns...

Spelling: I know it can also be spelled Halle but don't love this spelling as I feel people wouldn't pronounce the "ee" at the end.

Pronunciation - is it obvious that is should be "Hal-ee"? (I've read somewhere about people mispronouncing it Hailey - which I don't love!)
- Is it too much of a nickname?
- Is it becoming too popular?
