Like them both but they’ll get shortened so do you like Maddie and Mel? I don’t think Madeleine is overused. I really like Mel.

Both lovely I would probably pick Melissa slightly less used I think and I'm not too keen on maddy .. although like madeleine...Melissa also has lovely meanings ..
