Jacob - which middle name?

You have all been so helpful in the past!

I hope this will be my last question to you...

Which middle name flows nicely with Jacob? They're all names of loved ones who all mean a lot to us and they each would be so pleased to be honoured in this way....which makes it hard to choose!

You can’t have Jacob James. They’re the same name! Just anglicised through different languages- Hebrew and Greek, I think. It’s why we refer to the era of James I as the Jacobean Age.
I was just going to post pretty much exactly this.

Jacob and James don't work together at all.

If Douglas was an option I'd choose Jacob Douglas, but David and Louis are both good too.

I was going to make the same comment as Daisy, James and Jacob are the same name so I'd avoid.

Of your other picks I prefer Louis and David. Louis edging it for me.
