After five boys my youngest son who's now two was born, we like unusual names and chose Baker we loved it, until he got a letter from the NHS with the master Baker!!! ( say it fast) lol

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Master isn't used much these days so I wouldn't worry

Ickabog · 19/06/2020 06:29

It's very unlikely he will be called Master more than a dozen times in his life. It's taken 2 years for the first instance, so it really isn't a disaster.

I hope that your surname is not 'Light' or 'Cake' Grin

Interesting (maybe) read the Baker-Baker Paradox...

*ignore

Well the nasty comments are completely unnecessary and ask yourself if you would say that to someone in person? Grow up.
As for Master he will be called that so rarely that it isn't a problerm! So enjoy your chosen name and if ore the fools.

Baker? Are his brothers Butcher and Candlestick Maker?

TinySleepThief · 19/06/2020 06:09

Well he wont actually be called Master Baker much, it'll mostly be only on letters so it's not exactly a disaster.

Aclh13 · 19/06/2020 06:07

So I'm confused are you looking at changing the name? Always saw Baker as a surname tbh or a 'common' name
