Hi, do you think the name Jesse goes with Ben (big brother) or is it too different styles?
(Big sisters are Emily & Ellena (Ellie)
Thank you x

Sorry, natural assumption went to a girls name Blush

daisypond · 12/06/2020 17:01

For those saying Jessie or Jessica, those are girls’ names. Jesse is a boys’ name.

Grufallosfriends · 12/06/2020 16:57

Jessie is cute but I'd use Jessica on the bc.

KatherineJaneway · 12/06/2020 16:53

I like it but would spell it Jessie personally.

Quizeerascal · 12/06/2020 16:51

Yes, they go well together imo. Lots of Bens seem to have brothers called Joshua so Jesse feels a bit fresher but in the same kind of vein.

Whatsyourflava · 12/06/2020 15:58

Ah what a lovely combination @Tutina02

I love love love Jesse by the way

CoalCraft · 12/06/2020 10:14

I think it works well

Cornishmumofone · 12/06/2020 08:59

My ex BIL is called Jesse. He hates it. He is quite tall, so people think it's hilarious to call him 'big Jesse'. Also, despite the difference in spelling, a lot of people assume it's a girls' name.

BeMorePacific · 12/06/2020 08:57

I really love the name Jesse 😍

daisypond · 12/06/2020 08:37

Meant to add, though both are OT names, Ben is more classic and Jesse isn’t. Possibly also because Ben is also short for Benedict as well as Benjamin.

elfran · 12/06/2020 08:32

Yes, I think they go really well together. Love both names.

DramaAlpaca · 12/06/2020 02:48

Both are Old Testament so yes, they are the same style and go together.

daisypond · 11/06/2020 21:46

It goes with Ben. Same sort of style.
