Chic girls names

Looking for help with girls names. I'd describe the style name I like as quite chic sounding but not too frilly or flowery. Nothing too popular like Grace, Ava, Isla etc, prefer known but unusual/less used names.

Names I have so far in order of preference are:

Claudia (the 'lame' meaning doesn't bother me)
Felicity (I see this is rising in popularity though)
Bianca
Sylvie (DH's suggestion)

In addition, if anyone could think of any similar to this list that we could consider, fabulous x

There aren't many Sadies if that helps. I also like Stella.

It just has the word Pen in it. There is no i or s in Penelope.

I thought of Sylvie and Felicity too!

For anyone suggestion Penelope, why are people on MN always attacked over the meaning of the name they like but nobody ever points out that name has the word penis in it Confused
