BUT that aspect totally blown out of the water by the Satan connection!

I suppose yes it is very similar to 'demon' hence the strong associaton even decades after the film/book

Damian is chavvy? I can think of lots of chavvy names so I’m not against that idea but Damians not one that immediately comes to mind

DH is called Damian and he's lovely (and not chavvy!), I can't say I've ever particularly noticed any Omen references.

I also think Damian Lewis, who is very sexy!

I like it and it's underused.
