I have no idea which one to pick, I'm torn between them so is DP.

Sidney. On the basis that your baby is unlikely to be the fastest milkman in the West.

Ernie.

Hi, fellow fan of “old man” names here. These were both on our list for my son. I was pretty set on Sidney for a while, but I saw someone on here point out that Sidney is almost ‘kidney’ and it put me off! Ernie was my husband’s choice but it was my grandad’s name and, although I was fond of him, it didn’t seem right.

In the end we went with Albert (known as Bertie).

Why these wet, old men names? Neither. They are both horrible.

Makes me think of Sid James and Ernie Wise so, sorry, I'd think again.

I just think milk men,but that might be the Ernie bit.
