Is Max Blackwood too “matchy”? He will have a middle name too (not yet decided!) but can’t decide if Max works as a first name!

Lovely name!

Perhaps a longer middle name to even it out his first being so short?

Max William
Max Edward
Max Theodore
Max Benjamin
Max Thomas
Max Jonathon?

Thanks all, that’s reassuring as it’s the only name DH and I come close to agreeing on! Any middle name suggestions would be welcome!

Really good name ....

Ellmau · 12/05/2020 10:43

Sounds fine. If you make it Maximilian for a full name that gives extra more flowing options for him when he's older even if he's always known as Max.

Sounds great, go for it!
