As asked about naming we had a shortlist for #1 but she was always that name really and #2 we had two choices but had decided before they were born also. They don't really look like a name in imo they grow into it, just choose one you both love!

I love Sophia but it's just so popular it puts me off.
Next favourite is Adalina nn Addie or Lina (I also like Addison)

Elena being called Ellie puts me off as so many kids are called Ellie.
Louisa is too eighties
Flora is the name of a spread
Aurora is too princess fairytale for me
Zara is a bit meh
Iskra sounds made up
Rosalia is ok but prefer Rosalie
Estelle/Estella - I prefer just Stella

Thanks for the replies, some good feedback and suggestions. DH's favourite one is Elena (Ellie as a nickname), that's the one that seems to have stuck the most so far, we keep changing our minds about the others. But we'll see.

For those of you who already have kids, did it help to see the baby when deciding if they "suit" the name? I've heard people say that a lot but tbh I think all newborns look the same...

Zara is my favourite, followed by Flora, Estelle and Rosalia (though I prefer Rosalie).

In fact I quite like all the names on your list.

Flora. Although I prefer Fleur which isn’t on the list.

Louisa and Sophie are nice but a bit late 90’s early 2000’s.
Elena will be pronounced wrongly
Zara is s bit try hard or naff depending on whether it reminds you of the princess or the shop.
The others are a bit pointlessly vowelly.
