Cara or Serena?

I am 27 weeks pregnant with a girl and I think I am down to two favourite first names - Cara or Serena. We have a French last name and might take the name not used as a middle name. Also like Naomi for a middle name. What’s your favourite of the above names?

I have a little Cara! She loves her name and so do I. We get so many compliments on it!

I adore Serena too, it's really pretty and it's not massively popular either.

I LOVE Cara, mind you I know a Cara who is creative, amazing and fun.
Serena reminds me of Serena Joy in the handmaids tale.

Both really lovely. I think I prefer Serena just because I don't hear it as much, but I don't think you can go wrong!

I prefer Serena, but I don’t think Cara would flow very well if it were the middle name.

Cara Serena is nice though.
