Nature/hippy style baby boy names?

I'm having great difficulty looking for boys names, something nature like or hippy style.

I feel like every name is taken by someone I know 😂😩

Any ideas ladies?

@LJJ90 oh and Beck is nice too, depending on whether you think the association with the musician is a good or bad thing I guess.

We have an Eden but he would have been a Cosmo if we'd have been braver.

I know a lad called Brock. It's a name for badger apparently.

LOVE Woody!

@LJJ90 Baye I think is a lovely name that isn’t widely used, easy to say and spell, fits your criteria but isn’t overly wacky.

@Chattercino yes good suggestion, Rowan is nice but unfortunately very similar to Roman and both v trendy top 100 names and rising fast (Roman was one of top fastest rising names last year), depends if popularity and potential for confusion is an issue.

What sort of names do you like @LJJ90 ? Are you concerned with popularity? Being traditional? Don't feel like you've given us that much to go on

OP Rather depends on what you mean by hippy. The original 1960s /1970s hippies had very 'normal' names. Rather (IMHO) cringy nicknames such as "Sting" appeared in the 1970s, along with druggy nicknames such as Leaf.

On the other hand, are you perhaps thinking of names like this:

Hmm some of these suggestions sound more trendy North London than hippy - nice names but not hippy sounding.

You've got to really commit if you want a proper hippy name.

Look through names of stars or rivers.
