Acaciaqu · 24/04/2020 14:41

toughgetsgoing · 24/04/2020 09:45

atticus - attie

DoctorBambino · 24/04/2020 09:44

Atticus is a great name. Thor is too... well Thor! And I think Locke could work but it doesnt compare to Atticus.

What about Atreyu?

babynamelover · 24/04/2020 05:24

Atticus :)

I know a Loki low-key.

Coolest boy name I've met Fox 😍

CMMum88 · 24/04/2020 05:17

I know someone called Lockwood. But Atticus is my fave out of the three, Thor I really dislike.

MamaFrey29 · 24/04/2020 05:17

Atticus!

Amazing name! Wish I had the balls to call our son that.

Astronica · 24/04/2020 04:54

All fine names but my favourite is Atticus.

CoffeeBeansGalore · 23/04/2020 23:42

I think Lachlan would be better than Locke.

Jossina · 23/04/2020 23:39

Jove

username1724 · 23/04/2020 23:35

Arcadius was the coolest by far, I'm a big fan of Amadeus and Everett too.

Out of those Atticus. Awesome name!

missmouse101 · 23/04/2020 22:46

Also Nye.

missmouse101 · 23/04/2020 22:45

Atticus. Aysa is great.

Acaciaqu · 23/04/2020 22:40

@Kay2theT been going by my middle my whole life NEVER had one problem like I was saying earlier we look at first names as just formal names. and yes they do seem to be character names. im sure i'll end up switching it up. thanks.

@helpmum2003 I've went by my middle name my whole life and never had a problem. I mean people who dont know that well or just met like a cashier will go by my first name but other than that no

Kay2theT · 23/04/2020 22:34

Those are character names more than kid names. Think about your child trying to navigate the world with the name you've given him.
I also agree with @helpmum2003, going by a middle name can make things really tedious for the serious stuff in life, so don't do that.

helpmum2003 · 23/04/2020 22:19

Based on personal experience being known by your middle name causes all sorts of problems with banks etc so i wouldn't recommend doing that

user1493494961 · 23/04/2020 22:11

Atticus

MikeUniformMike · 23/04/2020 21:23

If OP's surname is Down/Downe, Locke might be quite 'of the zeitgeist'

BathshebaKnickerStickers · 23/04/2020 21:15

Atticus. My absolute dream boys names are Soren, Hakkan and Diggory.

I have 3 girls

thatmustbenigelwiththebrie · 23/04/2020 19:34

Oh god. None of them I'm afraid. Thor? You can't give your kid a name like that.

autumnkate · 23/04/2020 19:04

I don’t understand why you would call a child Locke. Is it a name in a different culture?

MikeUniformMike · 23/04/2020 18:28

Thor is fine, pronounced Tor I think.A bit cartoon character though.
Locke seems a bit feminine, and don't use it if the surname is Smith.
Atticus says Mummy has only read one book and that was cos it was on the GCSE syllabus.

DrKnickerbocker9 · 23/04/2020 18:26

Atticus is my favourite out of those. Asa is the coolest name I ever heard (IMO!) If I ever persuade DP to have another baby it will be too if my name list!

Flyingarcher · 23/04/2020 18:24

Wulfric and then he can be Wolfie for a nickname.
