Hi, sorry to change the subject but I done a pregnancy test and was wondering what you guys think.... how do I add a pic?

wheresthehope · 08/04/2020 00:12

None of your list sorry

BackforGood · 08/04/2020 00:11

No favourites.

Bill is about the only one from either list I can get on board with.

Cattenberg · 07/04/2020 23:58

My favourites from your list are Vita, Beryl, Idris and Bruno.

I admit I haven’t heard of many people called Lennox, but I thought it was a boy’s name.

I’m not keen on Lenore because of the fabric conditioner, or Roger because it’s a slang verb for sex.

Astronica · 07/04/2020 23:39

Girls - I don't like any on your list, sorry, but pick Vita and Freda as the best.
Boys - I love Rupert and Magnus. I also like Bramwell, Bruno, Bill (doesn't have to be William) and Idris.

NuffSaidSam · 07/04/2020 22:50

Carmen Leonore (not Lenore, that's fabric softener).

I don't like any of the others. Lennox is awful.

Bramwell nn Bram is quite sweet.

I like William too. Can always use nn Bill.

87Callista · 07/04/2020 22:24

Carmen, Vita and Rupert are my faves from your list Smile how about Meryl?

IVflytrap · 07/04/2020 20:13

Favourites for girls are Freda (prefer it spelt Frida though), Carmen and Vita. Would like Lenore if it wasn't for Lenor fabric softener. Quite like Leonor, if that's a possibility? I also personally like Beryl, and I knew a wonderful one, but I think most people won't like it.

I like Idris and Eric for the boys. Magnus is OK, too.
Bramwell makes me think of the Bronte brother, and I wouldn't use it. I like Bram, though.

17caterpillars1mouse · 07/04/2020 19:54

I really like Freda and Carmen from your girls. I also quite like Beryl but not sure I'd be brave enough as a first name, brilliant as an unexpected middle name though

I really don't like Lenore (fabric conditioner) or Carmel

From boys names I really like

Bramwell, nn Bram. I also like Abram nn Bram
Cedric - I considered this for our children but it rhyns with DH name so we discounted it in the end. Its a really lovely underused name

Idris - love it
Magnus - very handsome in a geek chic kind of way

Autumna · 07/04/2020 19:31

Vita and Magnus

finallychangedmyusername · 07/04/2020 18:30

I like Vita, Magnus and Rupert (plus William, if it is a choice). Eric is ok.

Charlotteli · 07/04/2020 18:20

I’m sorry I genuinely don’t like any

Blursula · 07/04/2020 18:07

Freda (although prefer the Frieda spelling) and Magnus are my faves

Whatsyourflava · 07/04/2020 18:03

I love Eric

granadagirl · 07/04/2020 18:01

Sorry I don’t like any personally
Although I don’t know there are a very lot of the older names coming back
Not really me thou.

Onthehamsterwheel · 07/04/2020 17:53

Carmen and Idris at a push.

POP7777777 · 07/04/2020 17:49

Vita is pretty. I'm not keen on any of the others.

LotusClover · 07/04/2020 17:46

Sorry, I don't like any of the names on your list Confused

Mollymaejonrs · 07/04/2020 17:36

I only like Vita, William and Rupert

DramaAlpaca · 07/04/2020 17:12

There are two names on your lists that I quite like - Carmen and Magnus.

Other than that I'm not going to be much help as we clearly don't have the same taste.

Ilariayaya · 07/04/2020 17:11

Of the girls options I only like Carmen - which I like a lot, though!

Boys: Cedric, Idris or Magnus - really lovely choices
