Yay or nay?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
MsJuniper · 03/04/2020 21:47

I love it, also a Jasper Fforde fan.

Katnissx · 03/04/2020 21:41

It reminds me of the film "What Happened to Monday?" on Netflix, there were 7 sisters named after the days of week.
It's nice you have a sentimental meaning for the name though x

Staypositivepeople · 03/04/2020 21:28

Do you not want her to be happy?
By giving her that name ,you are ensuring she will be teased at primary ,and laughed at at secondary
God help her try to get a job
Think for a minute,..she has to live with that name
Why ..just why ,when there are so many beautiful names to choose from

Antonin · 03/04/2020 21:23

Save it for her middle name

Zagazooo · 03/04/2020 09:01

June is a bit too fuddy duddy for me.

I love it.

If she’s a redhead she can be Ruby Tuesday!

Janaih · 02/04/2020 18:15

Call her Weekday, you get 5 names in one then Grin

I think a January born in January would be more weird than one born in June to be honest!

CheriLittlebottom · 02/04/2020 14:20

Noooooooo. No. All of the no.

kirkandpetal · 02/04/2020 14:17

June then, surely?!

SpratsOnParade · 02/04/2020 11:13

Tuesday? Absolutely not. it's a terrible name.

Zagazooo · 02/04/2020 10:05

I do like January, diddle, thanks. But no real connection to the month and I’m due in June!

OP posts:
diddlediddle · 01/04/2020 21:22

What about January? Avoids the adams family vibe

MamaDane · 01/04/2020 20:32

Not keen on it.

Duchessofblandings · 01/04/2020 20:28

Love it.

AllRainbowsAndUnicorns · 01/04/2020 20:28

You also run the risk of "Chooseday"...

reeny19 · 01/04/2020 11:00

Nooo
Especially in Norfolk, the word/name gets butchered, would be pronounced “toosday”, or in the case of a very strong accent it would be “toosdee”.
If you live far from Norfolk then maybe go for it 😂

Sleepyquest · 31/03/2020 13:23

I like it but couldn't use it if she wasn't born on a Tuesday because it would just annoy me. Like children called Autumn or Summer who aren't born in Autumn or Summer. Or April but was born in November.

wordonthestreet · 31/03/2020 13:19

I love it. And Sunday. But then I do have a season name for my dd.

user1493494961 · 31/03/2020 13:15

Ridiculous, so many lovely names but this isn't one of them.

MoiraRose · 31/03/2020 13:11

I like it

I agree it would be more unusual if she wasn't actually born on a Tuesday though

My DD was born on a Wednesday, and given how she was as a child, nobody would have batted an eyelid if she was named after Wednesday Addams!

Stet · 31/03/2020 13:05

I usually hate names like this but actually I do quite like it for some reason!

RainWoman19 · 31/03/2020 13:04

I actually really like it! Go for it x

blueskys72 · 31/03/2020 13:01

Chienloup are you me?!! I think someone on Home and Away suggested it at the time Grin
