Juniper, Evangeline, Laurel or Ada

The due date grows closer. We grow no closer to settling on a name and loving it. Aaaggh. (Yes, I am focussing on this to block out massive coronavirus anxiety, just for now)

Evangeline reminds me of religious activities.
Ada sounds noring.
Laurel sounds like a wreath
Juniper sounds like a spaceship and junior school.

Juniper is my strong favourite from your list. Sassy and distinctive, and good short forms, Junie, June, Pip.
Ada and Evangeline are nice enough.
Laurel is horrible.

I like Juniper which surprises me because it’s not the sort of name I like normally. Evangeline is a bit of a mouthful. My current favourite is Clementine.

Evangeline - beautiful, a long name that's unfrilly
Ada - nice, short & sweet
Laurel - quite like, but it does sound dated, like Lauren
Juniper - trendy, quirky, will date. Prefer Juno or June
