We love the name Milly/Millie (not decided yet about spelling) but feel she should have a proper adult name. We like Emilia so would consider that. Camila, is it that bad? Is Millicent too much.

What's your thoughts?

Emilia is my favourite. If you go for Camilla, there is the association with Prince Charles' wife. An alternative is Camille

Millicent is horrific. Love camilla. Very pretty.

I think Camilla is lovely and is my favourite from your list.

Camilla is a lovely name, one of my favourites. I would pronounce Camila differently, ca-MEE-la, rather than ca-MILL-la, and nobody would spell it correctly.

I like Camilla. I went to uni with one who was known as Milly. Go for it!

Jossina · 21/03/2020 06:35

Camilla is one of my favourites.

Yes I agree Camilla better than Camila.

Amelia/Emilia - both gorgeous. Camilla too. Would go for Camilla over Camila, otherwise she'll spend her life correcting spellings. Mildred?

Good luck choosing.

I love Camilla and Millicent! Definitely not too much. Camilla was on my list but I'm having a boy. I worked with a Camilla who went by Milla.
