Vote for these twin girl names. Have to decide today!

Having a c-section tomorrow. Non ID twin girls. Have narrowed it down to the following:

Nina and Ella
Nina and Anna - our favourite two names but are they too similar?
Nina and Frida
Nina and Rosa

Nina is non-negotiable as it is very significant to us.

Thanks @ivykate44 but it’s just a matter of deciding between the names in my OP.

Can’t help feeling your post is hinting at a dislike of Nina though.

Interesting responses. Nina and Rosa has the lead so far but I’m really interested that most of you are saying Nina and Anna aren’t too similar.

They have two brothers Oscar and Theo.

I think Nina and Rosa is my favourite. (Or what about Rosanna if you like Anna but think it's too similar to Nina)

Nina and Rosa, or Nina and Ella. I don't like Frida and Nina is such a lovely unusual name that I wouldn't put it with a very usual one like Anna, if that may sense. Congratulations.
