Aurelia? That seems to fit.

I’d be surprised if a Lorenzo had a sister called Lucy not Lucia.

Serafina - love it especially with ‘Fina’ as a nickname
Ella - nice but waaaay to overused
Ivy - love!!! A little overused but not too common
Ilaria - too out there for my taste
Lucy - dull
Celine - can’t help but associate with celine Dion
Cosima - again, too out there for my taste
Elara - ok
Bianca - no
Carina - no
Jessica - nice, bit 1990’s
Eliza - lovely
Vivia - ok
Celestina - nope
Rosalie - GORGEOUS! Love Rosa for short
Lucette - meh
Vanessa - can’t help but associate with Vanessa feltz

So my faves are Serafina, Ivy and Rosalie from that list

Do you speak Italian? I wouldn't use Carina due to meaning. Your sons both have names that are commonly used in Italy so I would probably go for an Italian name again but you don't have many on the list so - Ilaria!

I like Serafina (I love it actually!), Celine, Cosima, Elara & Vanessa. I prefer Celestia or Celeste to Celestina just because I would fear her being nicknamed Tina.
