Just that :-)

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I associate it with the nineties. Don't particularly like it myself but it's not generally objectionable.

NutRoastNancy · 13/02/2020 22:22

Timeless!

Socalm · 13/02/2020 22:14

Dated

AlpacaGoodnight · 13/02/2020 22:13

Sounds very dated to me and dislike the shortenings!

stardust40 · 13/02/2020 22:06

Timeless

Dd1 is Rebecca .... she's the only one at her secondary school which is great as usually that only happens with wacky names!

NotStayingIn · 13/02/2020 22:06

Dated. Sorry don’t love it.

MashedSpud · 13/02/2020 22:05

Not a bad name but dated.

IOYOYO · 13/02/2020 22:03

Wow. I think very dated.

zzzzzzzx · 13/02/2020 22:03

I have a Rebecca in her mid 20s. Were some around her age but I haven’t heard of any since. We always call her Bec, her friends call her Becky but she is Rebecca at work. I still really like the name.

Entreprecurious · 13/02/2020 22:03

Timeless. I know a few Rebecca's from children to women in their 50s. Lovely name.

1066vegan · 13/02/2020 22:02

I'd say timeless although I haven't come across any for a long time (primary school teacher). I really like it.

clpsmum · 13/02/2020 22:01

Timeless

Honeybee85 · 13/02/2020 22:01

Timeless. It’s a gorgeous and classy name.

DramaAlpaca · 13/02/2020 22:00

Timeless & lovely name.

Nojeansplease · 13/02/2020 21:58

I thought very dated,
80s / 90s name
And then Beyoncé sang about Becky with the good hair
And Becky is now an insult
So I wouldn’t personally use it

But I’m sure by the time any baby is old enough things will have changed again

EmpressLangClegInChair · 13/02/2020 21:58

Love Rebecca but not keen on the shortenings ie Becky, Beck, Becca

I know a Reb.

Whatsyourflava · 13/02/2020 21:57

Tends to get shortened if that bothers you

peonylane · 13/02/2020 21:57

Virtual Hamster, as one myself I'm a few years off 40 Wink
I'm biased but I love my name!

appleandblackcurrent · 13/02/2020 21:57

i know a 4 year old called rebecca , an 11 and a 12 year old too. lovely name :)

Mrsmartinkemp · 13/02/2020 21:56

Love Rebecca but not keen on the shortenings ie Becky, Beck, Becca

starsinyourpies · 13/02/2020 21:56

Timeless!

5BlueHydrangea · 13/02/2020 21:55

Timeless, lovely name, not too common.
I may be biased as Dd1 is called Rebecca! She is in her 20's now. There were quite a few around when she was little but she was always the only one in her class. Don't know many others now.

Josie465 · 13/02/2020 21:54

Timeless

All the Rebeccas I know are adults but they are all fantastic women.
