Notthisnotthat · 24/07/2020 20:23

This in an old thread!

123Dancewithme · 24/07/2020 20:21

Charlie. Not keen on Toby, it’s a bit wet (sorry)

Beeorwasp · 24/07/2020 19:53

Love both!! Lucky you!

Flappingflamingo · 24/07/2020 19:51

Toby

cptartapp · 24/07/2020 19:43

Toby.
Too many i.e. ending names.

Sunshines123 · 24/07/2020 19:36

Another vote for Charlie 😊

ButteryMuncher · 24/07/2020 15:26

I concur with a previous poster that Toby is a slang term for a penis in many various parts of Scotland (particularly Dundee and Fife). I use it myself, frequently.

As an aside, given the above, reading some of the comments in this thread made me laugh out loud in a way that nobody else probably did. I recommend re-reading now that you are aware of this information Grin

Toby

Charlie

PekTafaa · 21/01/2020 11:59

Love Toby Charles and goes well with the other names too 👍

MsMiaWallace · 20/01/2020 09:21

OOo its a close call.....

Still hard too choose.
I think with how common Charlie seems to be I'm leaning towards Toby.

If we picked Toby it'd probably be Toby Charles (as in middle name Charles)

I think Charlie would match perfectly Wink

MrsBertBibby · 20/01/2020 08:45

Well Charlie was at number 10 in 2018. Toby was at 57.

Charles at 81, Tobias at 98.

ArtichokeAardvark · 20/01/2020 08:27

Ooh, good names! I think I'd go for Toby alongside Harry and Freddie. Love both though.

OverthinkingThis · 20/01/2020 07:51

Charlie, contrary to what pp are saying there's loads of little Toby's round my way but I've not met a Charlie in ages.

MrsBertBibby · 20/01/2020 07:49

Toby. Great name. The world is full of Charlies. Toby has bobbed along around the 50th mark for years : you don't meet many, but it's never going to be a weird name.

tjk10 · 20/01/2020 07:39

Charlie.

mytypeonpaper · 20/01/2020 07:37

Toby

Astronica · 20/01/2020 07:33

Toby

Jossina · 20/01/2020 04:33

Is it Henry and Frederick or Harry and Freddie? And will it be Charles nn Charlie or actually Charlie?

Happyralphymummy · 19/01/2020 23:12

I prefer Toby. Charlie is very popular at the moment and the prospect of having a few in the class at school age would put me off.

m00rfarm · 19/01/2020 23:10

Mine was going to be a Sam. But when he was born he was definitely a Toby. Wait until he is born and you’ll know!!!
