Final 2 girls names

Four weeks to go until baby number 5 is due to make an appearance.

Almost certainly settled on Magnus if it’s a boy.

For a girl, our current favourites are

Miriam
&
Sylvie

Which would you go for?

I like Sylvie too, but prefer Sylvia.

Miriam was the sister of Moses and Aaron. It's a Hebrew name

You might be thinking of Maryam?

Miriam might be disadvantaged at being picked for job interviews. I know its not only used by muslims but there is research that certain names get discriminated against.

Both really lovely names. I am edging towards Miriam as she is the lead character in one of my favourite books (A Thousand Splendid Suns), but I love both those names. Great choice either way
