It’s a girl!

DC2 was born early this morning and it’s a girl, but we only had a boys name picked out. DD1 name came to us so quickly and easily and was chosen at 10 weeks but we have no names. DD 1 is called Callie. Here are some girls names on our list but none of them are jumping out at us:
Gemma
Tia
Briar
Hazel
Tara
Nina

We live in a small village so don’t want her to have the same name as anyone close in age to her. Please rate the names above and suggest more names.

I love Tara and Briar. Tia was on our list until we went to a restaurant when I was heavily pregnant and the Spanish waiter who we got chatting to about names told us it means Aunt in Spanish, we now have a dog called Tia, DD got a totally different name 😂

Today we’re switching between Tara Felicity and Briar Felicity in hopes on picking one which suits her best tonight

'Callie and Leah' end and then start with a 'le' sound! Not Leah.

Tara best - lovely, underused but classic, nicely different to Callie

Don't like Briar - she'll constantly get a puzzled face and 'can you spell that?' It doesn't sound like it looks - Bryah? Briah? Brian?!

Robyn ok but a bit dull somehow

Hazel awful, it's a bit in fashion at the moment so will get more common but it's pretty ugly. Also, it has the L sound that makes it quite matchy with Callie really.

I like Tara, Hazel, and Nina from your first list. Also love Leah, but it's the similar sounds to Callie, just in a different order iyswim.. might not bother you though?
