Just that really. I always loved the name Noah but it seems its quite popular. Now I'm thinking 'Mylo'?

I have a DC called Miles. Sometimes shorten it to Miley or Milo

BackforGood · 07/12/2019 17:29

I like biblical names (hence Noah) if anyone has any other suggestions.

Adam
Jacob
Samuel
Elijah
Saul
Paul
Simon
Peter
James
John
Matthew
Luke
Daniel
Joseph

I have a Milo and he's brilliant great name, (not biased at all hehe)

NeedToKnow101 · 07/12/2019 17:13

Jacob is a lovely (not too) biblical name.

NeedToKnow101 · 07/12/2019 17:12

I love it, but only spelt Milo.

Leopardprintboots · 07/12/2019 17:05

What are your thoughts now @LochJessMonster

Ohyesiam · 06/12/2019 20:11

Milo Is lovely, seems a world apart from Miles somehow?

Nonnymum · 06/12/2019 20:11

Milo is nice but not Mylo.

thatmustbenigelwiththebrie · 06/12/2019 20:07

Milo is a kind of milkshake isn't it?

geeraf · 06/12/2019 20:04

A lot could be to do with where you live as well. Different areas often have slightly different popular names. All the Milos I know are DDs age, but I don't know any younger... however no Noah's under 10 in my circle!

Winkywoop · 06/12/2019 19:55

My biblical list:
Isaac
Aaron
Caleb
Saul
Noah
Joseph
Samuel

And a bit more 'out there'(!)
Jethro
Ezekiel
Ibrahim
Ephraim
Jeremiah
Josiah
Nathaniel
Zebedee
Zachariah

PsychosonicCindy · 06/12/2019 19:50

Milo is fine prefer Noah though, it's not that popular where I am unlike Casper Jasper Rupert etc..
Other biblical names I like:
Elijah
Jacob
Malachi
Amos
Judah

Iwantmychairback · 06/12/2019 19:50

My pony’s name.

Often call him Myles ‘for short’

SoftBlocks · 06/12/2019 19:49

Prefer Milo.

Leopardprintboots · 06/12/2019 19:45

Noah is popular yes but it’s not like many years ago when “popular” meant that 1 in every 5 men were called John. There’s no Noah’s at my sons school. You will come across others though I’m sure, depends if it bothers you

tinytemper66 · 06/12/2019 19:45

Like Milo but not Mylo.

Themazeoflife · 06/12/2019 19:44

How about Toby

Leopardprintboots · 06/12/2019 19:43

If you like Milo how about Hugo or Otto

FredaFrogspawn · 06/12/2019 19:42

One of the nicest boys I have ever taught is a Milo. So I’ll always love that name.

bsc · 06/12/2019 19:41

Sorry- in the Times!

bsc · 06/12/2019 19:41

Years ago, there was a baby name article about trends, and one name had the Micky ripped out of it... yes, it was Mylo.

LochJessMonster · 06/12/2019 19:34

@geeraf what!? I thought Noah was really popular at the moment.

Perhaps I can put it back on the list (which makes the list a whopping 2 names long Grin)

geeraf · 06/12/2019 19:31

I have a three year old DD. We know three Milos but no Noahs...

LochJessMonster · 06/12/2019 19:30

No other boy names! I like biblical names (hence Noah) if anyone has any other suggestions.
Not keen on names like Teddy/Buddy etc

I have a definitely girls name, but a bit worried that MN will ruin it for me Grin

Cute. But like others have said, l prefer the spelling of Milo. Boys names are hard.
