Names for Eliza’s brother and sister

I’ve found out today that we are having boy/ girl twins.

Dd1 is called Eliza. I am really struggling to think of names I love as much but want to think of some names to help me enjoy this pregnancy. To explain briefly why, Eliza died at the start of the year and I don’t get to say her name very often anymore.

For girls, I love the names Annie and Matilda. For boys, I have no idea!

Any suggestions please? Hopefully Eliza will give some ideas of the sorts of names I like.

Quite a few of the names suggested are already taken by friends/ their children (Theo, Freya, Luca) but so many great options. Thank you :)

Your name choices are lovely

Matilda Elizabeth is lovely. Annie is a lovely name too. Oscar for a boy is a great name.

I was going to suggest Elettra, but not if Eliza is to be the middle name.

@Robs20 I love Oscar that’s a great choice for your little boy. Max and Jude are strong names too though with slight preference for Max over Jude.

Annie or Matilda are both perfect - slight preference for Matilda but love both

Annie and Oscar is a wonderful combination! And then the three children all have vowel names, which is a lovely link but not at all matchy.

@NoSauce we don’t have a middle name for a boy. DH’s middle name is Charles and that is a family name so we could use that...

I'm so sorry to hear about Eliza.

I have an Eliza too, and her sister is Matilda. I think the names go lovely together. I think Oscar or Isaac for a boy would fit in nicely

Isaac for your son. It means he laughs. I am so sorry for your sad loss. I love the name Eliza, it’s beautiful and I’m sure she was too.

Sadly I have several friends who have lost babies and children. We say their names often.

I particularly like Madeleine, Flora and Florence fir girls.
Still struggling more for boys but I like Oscar. DH really likes Jude and Max.

Perhaps Annie and Oscar or Matilda and Max?!

Eliza Kate and Piper Rose
They do not have any brothers just three more sisters lol
